# Relfi

> Relfi keeps a family's whole health history in one timeline — "Toda a sua saúde. Uma só história." People upload lab reports, prescriptions, medical certificates and vaccine cards (PDF or a photo); an AI reads each document and files it, so results, consultations, prescriptions and vaccines line up over time, for the account holder and each family member. The health profile (weight, height, blood pressure, birth date, sex) can be filled from the documents or imported from Apple Health / Health Connect. Doctors on Relfi Pro invite patients by link or QR code and record consultations, prescriptions and certificates that land in the patient's history. In Brazilian Portuguese for Brazil (LGPD applies) and in Spanish for Spain (GDPR applies).

## What it does

- Reads health documents (PDF, photo) — results with units and reference ranges, diagnoses, medications, procedures, vaccines, imaging findings — and files each one on the timeline.
- Results over time: the same test gets the same name across laboratories; units are converted, and results that can't be compared are flagged rather than hidden.
- Health profile: weight, height, blood pressure and the facts a doctor uses for a cardiovascular risk check (Relfi does not calculate risk).
- Family: one profile per person, each with its own history.
- Sharing with a doctor: a QR code and a spoken PIN, time-limited (30 minutes by default) and revocable; or continuous access the patient grants to a professional, with an end date.
- Relfi Pro, for health professionals: invite patients, record the consultation (prontuário), issue prescriptions and certificates as PDFs with a public verification page.
- An assistant that answers from the person's own records and says where each answer came from. Relfi does not diagnose or prescribe.
